    At long last a real author. This is superbly written, I have found it intriguing, interesting and extremely enjoyable, in fact I have only one criticism about it, it came to an end and I felt it was not fair. I now have to stop reading in order to get the next book, not fair at all. I could read this author for the next couple of years with no interruptions at all. Every now and then, very rarely indeed, you come across an author who is in a different league, the higher echelons of storytelling and this is it. There are no boring bits, it is completely addictive and superbly written by a master storyteller, sorry cannot write any more have to start book 2

    This is the best book I have read in any genre for a long time. I have been looking for a fantasy series that I can really get invested in, and here it is. The characters are appealing and I can’t wait to see how they develop. The storyline is intriguing and has kept me hooked throughout. Long may the Kingsmen’s adventures continue!
